Refund Policy

At Veloo Delivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation by Store/Rider – If your order is canceled by the store or the delivery partner due to unavailability or other issues.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items – If the items delivered are incorrect, damaged, or missing, and the issue is reported immediately.
  • Failed Delivery – If the delivery is not completed due to a fault on our end, such as a system error or non-availability of a rider.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind – If you decide to cancel your order after confirmation, unless the store allows it.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address – If the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user.
  • Unavailability at Delivery Time – If you are unavailable to receive your order and the delivery attempt fails.
  • Delayed Delivery – While we strive for timely deliveries, delays due to traffic, weather, or high demand are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Contact our support team at yesmobapps@gmail.com with order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • After reviewing your request, we will determine refund eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
